Our Heritage
The Zo people cherish, preserve, and honor the identity of their legendary progenitor, “Zo.” For generations, this heritage has been passed down through families and communities, sustaining a strong cultural identity and shared history.
Historians and scholars have documented the legacy of Zo and his descendants, recognizing the significance of this identity among the Zo people. Many identify themselves as Zo or Zomi — meaning “the people of Zo” — reflecting both cultural pride and historical continuity.
